Called it.. Nerfed abilities and Supers.
A few Supers have been changed to no longer need them.. 30% Reduction of resistance vs Bosses for Well, And Bubble gutted too.
Couple Aspects are now pointless.
How do you.make a new fragment that can create Shards But then add a cooldown to shards" if a mass amount is made quickly" if that happens..everyone in the Fire team gets a cooldown..
ALL SUPERS SHARE THE SAME RECHARGE NOW. So every Super has been nerfed in terms of up time.

Outside of pvp bubble has literally gotten nothing but buffs if you’re running helm of saint-14 (which you should have been anyways)

nothing changes, well is stil la must for dmg phases, and bubble will be the one thing you use if you need to super tank, 60 dr is insane

That’s like saying you called that the sun will rise tomorrow morning.

The damage reduction for Well vs bosses has been nerfed by 75% not 30% because 10% is 25% of 40%
