All four missions for the catalyst quests disappeared from my quest inventory a few weeks ago, and I cannot retrieve the quests from the "quest archive," Queen Mara, nor Riven. I was hoping it would show up in the "known issues" or be resolved sooner, which is why I'm only posting now with no word. Searching for help on the topic shows that it's also happened to a few other guardians, but I cannot find any solutions. This is true across all three characters (the quests were only on my Warlock), and re-crafting the weapon also did not help.
