Why do some weapons like Goldtusk and Imperial Decree have perks which only show if you don't have a perk it rolls with in the slot? Yes, this was done during the crafting glitch/exploit thing, but when there was no matching perk on those weapons, I found that you could equip Goldtusk with Cold Steel (4th Column), Imperial Decree with Incandescent (4th Column) or even Nation of Beasts with Light Mag (2nd Column). I'm really curious as to why this is the case. Even the collections shows Imperial Decree with Incandescent, which was a roll I did want on the weapon since I was able to craft it. I'm also kind of surprised that these rolls were set back to base rolls for the weapon too, given that those perks are part of the weapon's base.
