So let me get this straight…
Warlocks can have a Strand aspect with 90% damage reduction FOR FREE, without penalties to weapon ready speed, and an INVINCIBLE arc melee that can one shot groups…
But Titans using Ballistic Slam, already the single most vulnerable melee ability in the game, are forced into a 1 second recovery state? On top of Dunemarcher nerfs?
Make it make sense lol
Strikers were running hot these past few seasons but after the nerfs let us have something to punch at the very least.

The arc melee is not that good. You have 1s endlag too, until your weapon comes out again. And it is wildly inconsistent. You can only one shot someone near another person and near a wall, because for some reason the lightning, then can't spread? Try it yourself, you will not get consistent results. Where it shines is as a finisher, finishing weak players off.
