Issue with cross save/accounts
The PlayStation account that is linked to my Bungie was suspended because my son likes to talk trash, and I need to unlink it in order to link my new PS account to be able to play, but I can’t unlink the old one due to being unable to sign into PSN on there because of the ban. I haven’t been able to play Destiny with the content and characters I own since. Is there any way at all I could have that account unlinked so I can play again? I haven’t been able to touch Destiny since November.

Due to the account being banned that wont be possible so your setup cannot be altered. Bungie will not forcibly remove an account, or alter a cross-save setup for you. You will need to try and get the account suspension removed and also regain access to your Xbox account that you mentioned in your comment. If you cant then you're stuck as is.
