When artifact perks like overloaded SMG/Auto, or unstoppable scout rifle unlocked; they do not proc during gameplay if the character equips strand subclass. Also visually the perk icon is not visible in the weapon HUD.
I am not sure if this is intentional since strand subclass can already stun all champion types. If it is intentional, since we can not save different artifact perks for each loadout, it fails to comply with the new build system. We should not have to change our artifact setup for each loadout on change.
If it is not intentional, is it a known bug? Any workaround?

Same issue here with my strand hunter. I cannot stun any champions during missions or playlists, forcing me to play with another subclass or not contribute to the team. I have overload and anti barrier unlocked and they work when I switch to stasis but not on strand. Very frustrating
