Hunter is my most fun person in PVP, I used him for most of Iron Banner because it felt more fun than my Titan, normally I main a Titan. Storm grenades kinda aren't a big thing anymore, I almost never feel like using an Arc subclass for anything. Citan's gives a really short barricade time, which means if it didn't recharge a new one you would die and the exotic would be like many other Titan exotics, useless.
