It is insanely hard just to get 1-2 bullets charged up in PvP without dying as an (slightly above) average player. At least in 6v6. And not to mention landing those charged up shots on the head with a controller (since the zoom is so high but that's fair). The idea of the gun is fun in pve but feels lackluster imo in pvp. Vex Mythoclast is easier to use and does almost the same but as a LFR weapon mode.
