utterly usless. They nerfed the damage of them, then they removed the tracking. Just isnt in a good place.
Fix? Return tracking to original state, or allow both melees hit to freeze.
-super:
its fine. does its job.

1: the freeze when dodge aspect is kinda usless. Cant think of the last time it was used in pvp, even with radiant dance machines it still takes 3+ dodges to freeze a enemy.
Fix? make 1 dodge=50% of freeze progress. This would allow us to sorta build into it with the double dodge chestplate for a full freeze. Anf maybe give dance machines a use lol.
2: Hot topic! Shatterdive! Yeah it was flipping op, but honestly, if they made shatterdive have a cooldown, or a delay in grenade regen after shattering to reduce its fast repeatability would make the 1 shot shatterdive be acceptable.
Warlock
-melee ability:
the ranged freeze its actually not bad. its pretty good, same for the freezing rift. Works well with the seekers that can be applied.
-super:
works just fine i think. Does a good job, has great pvp usage.
-other:
idk, overalll warlocks the best stasis currently i think. The turrets help its alot in pvp, and basicly carry it in pve, without those turrets idk why a warlock would run stasis in a pve activity.
Titan
-melee ability:
its... ok. Not as powerful as the new light 3.0s, just like the hunters. Could use a buff.
-super:
literally fists of havoc, but ice. Sad but thats just what it is. Better for shutting down other supers though because of its freezing effects though so at least its got that going for it.
-other:
idk, didnt use titan stasis fragments/aspects much.
well, thats my thoughts.

The hunter shurikens do not need to freeze on two hits. A tracking buff is enough. Slow is very strong on its own. The Titan super plays nothing like fist of havoc and is genuinely terrible for how long it takes to charge.

Bearbeitet von Felwinter: 9/12/2022 2:15:21 PMTbh the only thing warlock needs is a new super and reduce the amount of super energy the projectiles take on winters wrath so it doesn't just have four bursts in pve that do virtually nothing without, making it only good in pve with stasis turret.

There is 2 ways to bypass this issue using the warlock stasis super. As soon as you throw you first volley balls use your melee to shatter, that you do more dmg and have more super. The other way is to use your abilities to constantly freeze everything or the boss and you only use you shatter ability. Making you super even longer
-
That's true but having to crutch on your abilities for your super to work just seems so odd, a normal decent super really doesn't have to do that...
-
Well, that makes them different and unique. Last season we had something so cool for titans and bungie nerfed it. We could use the exotic clave to create a bubble then use the stasis titan super to concentrate all the crystals to shatter in such bubble. Insane dps, and you had to do something diferente then just pressing super bottom. https://youtu.be/_OXYL42nLUA

that boss got melted as fast as 6 lord of wolves vs calus JEEEEEZ
-
You can cancel the animation, making it to where you can only throw 1 set of projectiles rather than 2 and consume less super energy.
-
I've tried that but that it manually so hard to do, in pve that really isn't much of a difference either...

Mostly agreed. Hunter melee needs a buff as well as the slow dodge. For warlock I would buff the melee hit detection a bit. Titan suffered a lot with its nerfs, last season we could use the bubble from the glave and have a costume high dmg super, but that was nerfed this season. Ps: no, shattered dive had its deal for over a year. Never again. It’s fun to use in pve

My thought for Hunter would be to increase the duration of the slow applied by the shurikens. Make it a tool to either close in on escaping enemies or help you run away from losing gunfights. A small damage buff could be okay, but I don’t think Bungie wants to go back to the double hit freeze due to how fast the shuriken cooldown is, how quickly hunters can get it back, and how far/easily you can get hits with them. Slow dodge is basically the same as what I described the melee as, but at close range only. It does what it does well. I could see maybe giving it an extra fragment slot tho. Behemoth just needs a boost to its melee, both in and out of super. Increase its movement and let it deal more damage for consistent 1-shots while in super. As for the rest of the kit, the slide melee is pretty solid in PvP and PvE. Shards are shards. Cryoclasm is very powerful but has a long lockout timer. Lance is very fun now as you just need stasis final blows, including stasis weapons.
