PLEASE unvault old strikes. Especially ones that never got to be GMs.
Still unhappy that the best strike content: the pyramidion, tree of probabilities, garden world, will of thousands and festering core got taken out of the game.

1 AntwortenI would like to have Pyramidion back. Also if they could add in some tracking so that I'm not thrown back into the exact same strike I just finished because I stopped at the mailbox for 2 minutes that would be great.

That's so funny I was thinking the same thing just yesterday when I was running the same strike 3 strikes in a row, from the playlist no less! Glad you left off Strange Terrain. That one still is not on my list after having ran it a gazillion times for an entire year just to get that worthless rocket launcher for the Wayfarer title. I no longer chase titles thanks to that first one taking over a year due to Bungo's RNG-H (Really Never Gonna - Happen)

Bring back strike specific loot too with those keys like in D1. Nigthfall specific loot can be kept untouched (Same for GM)

Broodhold was my favorite GM before Proving Grounds. I'd also like to see them return the vaulted ones and even get rid of the easier ones that are currently around.

1 AntwortenAll these people missing the Festering Core, for me it was a massive missed opportunity to see Asher and Eris interact; it’s a Taken strike on io and Asher was the Taken expert but Zavala was the second NPC on the strike? C’mon now!

I completely agree one of my favorite strikes was Savathün’s song on Titan, the story telling in it was dark but fun! I would very much like to see old strikes return because right now the playlist goes: Earth Strike, Earth Strike, Nessus strike, Earth strike. I’m also not a fan of the proving ground missions they mixed in the playlist they have no stakes and completely droll. Frankly I’d like to see them reinstate some strikes and potentially rework nightmare hunts (by this I mean take the boss and that it’s a nightmare and create a strike) I mean they could totally bring back phogoth and though this would be harder Taniks strike back into circulation. I’d also like to hear some new lines or a better set up for throne world strikes; as cayde used to say “where’s the chatter out there”

They should take out all the moon lost sectors which would make room for a few strikes to return.

Strikes are, and always have been my favorite content. They can’t take up SO much memory that they cannot have all of them always available? At least, since Mars is partially back, maybe bring back the Mars strikes, since those were my favorites? DCV may have its reasons, but they’re starting to wear thin, in my view.

The only good strike out of the ones you've listed is A Garden World. Other quality strikes currently in the vault include Hollowed Lair and Strange Terrain. Broodhold wasn't too bad either.

21 AntwortenThrow Lake of Shadows, Arms Dealer, Inverted Spire, Insight Terminus and The Devil's Lair into the DCV. Give us Pyramidion, Tree of Probabilities, Garden World, Will of the Thousands and Festering Core instead.

Bearbeitet von Phoenix: 7/14/2022 6:49:36 PMFestering Core had the issue where if you moved just a tad too fast, the game would fail to update your progress before you head into the portal. If everyone was in the portal but the waypoint did not update, the Strike was soft locked and there was no way to fix that. You would only figure this out once you got to the end and the boss wasn't spawning, otherwise the strike would play out normally until then. Regardless, it was pretty cool to OoB into the strike area before it initially released.

1 AntwortenYou bring up some good points Link, and I agree that the Black Garden may not stay among us for long. Something has begun to repair the schism torn by its destruction. Vex now flood the Garden channels to protect it. We must stop the weavers before they seal the Garden and begin to summon back its heart.

What they need to do is: -Take all strikes from destiny 2 out of the vault and add in atleast 3 reprised strikes from destiny 1 -Make GM’s rotate through all the various strikes week to week with different combinations of strikes or add 3 nodes to have 3 different GM’s providing different rewards each week -More adept weapon drops, if there’s going to be crafting they need to match it with a more rewarding loot structure for the end of these pinnacle endgame activities by giving a minimum of two adept weapons and more endgame materials -Lastly they need to take battlegrounds out if they’re going to remove -blam!- that is taking up game files, I think everyone would agree that they are just longer strikes All these are simplistic changes that provide longevity into the GM’s and will follow a path similar to outriders which these games should be separate but the replay ability is slowly being lost in Destiny.

So put back in entire patrol zones that would bog down and overload the games systems just to put in some old strikes. Yeah, brilliant idea. Make the game worse for some okay to crap strikes.
