This issue was supposed to have been already addressed in a previous patch; however, this issue is still happening. Tuesdays reset the weekly content and Banshee sells new weapons, this much is normal, but on Wednesday all the weapons he is selling stay the same but their perks change until the next weekly reset. (1 day of one set of perks and 6 days of another set of perks)
