If he had killed the Psion in an effort to turn off the machine I’d agree to an extent. Except he didn’t, the death of the Psion was entirely accidental because Crow didn’t consider that the machine would backfire upon being shut off.
Now I see this as a necessary development, because with the Cabal and Eliksni Crow’s good nature has payed off. He had to learn that his actions, while moral from his perspective, can have real consequences for himself and those around him.
All on the road to Hunter Vanguard baby.

How dumb do you have to be to not think about the repercussions of unplugging a machine LITERALLY HOOKED UP TO A GUYS BRAIN? Bro. Crow is so dumb.
-
He initiated the proper shutdown procedure, he didn’t just start pulling wires. It’s not his fault that Cabal machinery has no safety protocols.
-
Still not a good idea to unplug the the thing hooked up to a guys brain, especially if it’s technology you don’t understand.
-
I feel like this is building towards softening the Cabal. Saladin made sure Crow got another chance, he'll learn, do something great (maybe even for the Cabal), and the Cabal will use this series of events to go from the harshest possible response for mistakes to a more pragmatic course of action.
-
So if you accidentally kill someone it's OK it wasn't your fault nothing will happen to you. You should be rewarded afterwards. Got it.
-
Sounds like it.
-
Ignoring the point. He wasn’t rewarded for it. Nor will he be given the Hunter Vanguard position for such a screw up. Crow has clearly strained his relationship with Zavala and now has to live with the fact that Saladin is now living out his life in servitude to the Cabal thanks to his actions.
-
I respect Zavala in this week's story. He's loyal to his people and will even throw himself between his lover and Crow to protect them. It was a hard place to find oneself, but I know that Zavala will always be there for us if there's any possible way.

So he's useless and it was a dead end to a terrible character. So all that build up was for nothing. Again, I want to throw him off the tower.
-
It’s called character development .-.
-
When a character becomes useless, and you wasted a ton of time getting him to that useless point, it is not character development. It means you failed to develop the character. It is literally the opposite of character development. The development part went nowhere. If I am developing a blueprint for a building I want to build, and after a year I don't have anything useful and it was just a big waste of time, then I didn't develop -blam!-.
-
He’s far from a useless character though, your rage at one mistake is clouding your judgement. Need I remind you our Guardians also without any concern for the armistice began killing Cabal on Mars due to neither side knowing about the presence of the other?

Bearbeitet von Sohsuh: 3/18/2022 11:41:50 PMHe is completely useless now. There is no rage. It's calling a moron, a moron. He's a -blam!- idiot and he deserves to get thrown off the tower. He's a garbage character, with his goofy -blam!- emo haircut, always crying with that soft -blam!- voice. Get rid of him. Why is he in literally every damn storyline now? He's the worst character in the entire game and he's overused with his prissy -blam!- morals because the dude can't do pushups anymore.
