hi bungie i claimed the prime gaming rewards and didnt get them. i called amazon and they said the claim and everything went thru all green on their end. yet it saying in my claim rewards history it did not go thru this is the second time this has happen. i tried in december to and got nothing from my claim and this month. may i please get some help. thank you
