Can't place Rally Banners
Ever since the launch of the 30th Anniversary, I haven't been able to place a rally banner. I have over 150 in my inventory but will never give me the option to place them.

Can you make a video of it showing that you have some in inventory and you can't place any

Are you sure that you actually have any? You say that you have over 150, but you're sure that is rally banners you are looking at and not spoils of conquest? They look similar.
