Can't access beyond light content.
So my friend just bought BL and 1 season on ps5 when prompted by Han in cosmodrone but cannot access any of the paid content besides the seasonal rewards. Cannot even access the tower. When trying to go to europa it says to purchase BL deluxe Ed even though she already bought BL. When in the playstore it says it has been purchased and when forcing a dl it says it is up to date. She redid the liscences, reinstalled and it still won't work. How do we fix this?

1 AntwortenJust to clarify, as you mention that your friend cannot access the Tower; has your friend fully completed the Guardian Rises new player quest? If not, then that would be why they cannot travel to other areas, including the Tower. Once they complete that quest, it will send them to the Tower, along with introducing them to Crucible, Gambit, etc. At that point, they can start into the Beyond Light campaign. Also, any player that does not own the Beyond Light Deluxe edition, will see an extra node on the Director screen, next to Europa. It simply provides the option to upgrade, if an individual would like access to the previous seasons of the current content year. As already explained in the other replies, the BL campaign is started/continued by actually traveling to Europa itself.
