Was your PSN account recently involved in another cross save set up? Currently it appears you have cross save set up on this profile, but it doesn't look like the PSN account is actually included in the cross save. The most common reason is the PSN account was cross saved on another profile which was disabled within the last 90 days then added to this cross save. While it may appear to be added to the cross save it won't fully be added until the 90 day lockout term runs out on that PSN account.
If the PSN account was not involved in another cross save within the last 90 days then please reply back with a response.

Hi Dougcpa, Today is my 93rd day since I unlinked the psn account from the old destiny account and linked it to my account, but I still have the same problem, I can't access my characters... where could I put a ticket to Bungie to get this looked at? Thanks in advance!

Yes, I left the ps4 to my brother and he linked his steam account with my psn account. We unlink the psn account from his steam profile and linked to my profile so, if any possibility to use now my account and no wait 90 days please?! Thanks!!

You will have to wait 90 days from the date the PSN account was removed from the other cross save before it will activate in the current cross save. There are no exceptions to the 90 day lock out.

Ok but nos the account is linked to my bungie account, so.. waiting 90 days would activate it automatically or do I have to disable the psn account now from my Bungie account and wait the 90 days?! Thank you!
