Cross Save Issue > Does not sync on steam and ps5
Hello friends, thank you for help.
I've been trying every possible way to use my Steam characters on PS5. I currently have cross save enabled with both accounts, but when I log into PS5 it's like it doesn't sync my characters and let me create a new character ( I don't have any ). The ironic thing is that my game ID is the same ( StarshoW#6126 ) and if I create a character on PS5, it doesn't appear in my cross save ( it should appear on the web ) so it's as if the PS5 account doesn't sync.
Any help? I have tried to uninstall and install the game and as I said, the accounts are cross-synced, but on my PS5 I don't have my Steam characters ( I don't have any character ).
Of course my PS5 has internet access and ps plus active, so it's not a connectivity problem, it's as if it doesn't sync.
Finally, could it be that on Steam I have all the expansions purchased and on PS5 I don't?

5 AntwortenWas your PSN account recently involved in another cross save set up? Currently it appears you have cross save set up on this profile, but it doesn't look like the PSN account is actually included in the cross save. The most common reason is the PSN account was cross saved on another profile which was disabled within the last 90 days then added to this cross save. While it may appear to be added to the cross save it won't fully be added until the 90 day lockout term runs out on that PSN account. If the PSN account was not involved in another cross save within the last 90 days then please reply back with a response.

2 AntwortenWhen you purchase a DLC, you are purchasing a license to use on that platform it is tied to your platform, not your Bungie account. So you need to own on both Steam and your PS5.
