SC is already good enough.
And has plenty of exotics making it better.
Like full recharge and heal..
Or overshield.

Thats why nobody uses sc anymore i suppose. It is so damn good that players dont use it because its ez mode and d2 players only want a challenge :p (For real, every tree with a shouldercharge is trashtiers in both pvp and pve, and sc isnt good enough to justify using those...seriously dying because of shoulder charge is hard af)

There are at least 2 SC titans in half my matches. I see less shatterdivers than SC. Might be because i dont play like a shotgun ape. Also...all SC subclasses are top tier in PvP Top tree hammers is the most used solar titan for a reason. Top tree striker has base 2 nades and the best shutdown roaming super.

If you can only think of things that payoff a successful SC, then you can’t say SC it’s good enough. Pay off has nothing to do with effectiveness.
