Glacial Quake stealth-nerfed? Was it intentional?
As per the recent changes brought along with Season of the Lost, Glacial Quake has become substantially more sluggish. Specifically, there is now a short period before a Behemoth can sprint or Shiver Strike after executing a heavy-slam attack. This was not the case in previous seasons and I'd like to know if it was intentional since it was never made apparent in any patch or TWAB.
