"Was that supposed to hit me?" Svana asked firearm poised at Kaize's helmet. Broken bits of his visor revealed the carbon fiber and plasteel plates underneath. He could see straight into the tool of his demise, and all he could do is chuckle. "What's so funny?" The warlock demanded becoming more enveloped in the wrath that was consuming her. "Well, first off I was off on my count, and secondly..." Kaize threw his last knife into her boot. She let out an enraged cry and knocked back the trigger. "DIE" At the moment of her scream he grabbed her gun and put it to his head. Unafraid of death it seemed, Svana had a hint of respect for him now, not enough to save him. She pulled the trigger. And then she pulled it again..and again. "Your gun was empty." Kaize laughed. "Oh and the final note. They werent supposed to hit you." Kaize held up a hand which had a detonator wired into the glove. Svana made a move to pull the knife out of her foot, but as soon as her hand made contact the hunter flexed his ring finger to touch his palm and four charges attached to the rock formations above them detonated. "I'm sorry" It was a day and a half before he could be resurrected. Though the bombardment killed Kaize instantly, the now lightless guardian Svana was not fully dead. Pinned under a rock she yelled, hoping for some hapless guardian to come to the rescue. But they were out too far, so she screamed, until she lost sight of every trace of light. Shortly after, Laurian whom in Kaize's final moments was embraced under the hunter so he would be safe, got to work moving rock by rock, to get his friend out of another one of his messes.
