Well, the grenade to do it is on a roughly... 45 second cooldown? Longer? Idk the actual timing off the top of my head and tends to be pretty predictable.
Just need to buff up your situational awareness and to stop trying to be a hero.

You can actually have it up for pretty much every fight if you use whatever shatter crystals get faster grenade cooldown fragment and Frostees. The effects multiply each other, kind of like Shards of Galanor in Mayhem Not saying it's like broken or anything, but it's a way to actually spam it

if you pick your fights correctly in your favor and stop having bad positioning you won’t die to it.

You have summoned me.[/quote] There’s a fragment which speeds up grenade cooldown when shattering crystals. You can get your grenade back in around 20 seconds. With the radius of the grenades and explosion, you often do not have a chance to move away. Not to mention that it freezes you…

you have to dedicate a whole build to it. once someone sees what you’re trying to do they aren’t going to let you have success. I’ve played plenty of people that tried to crutch shatternade and they all get ran over. most destiny players have terrible decision making and positioning so I don’t see what you’re trying to prove to me when I already know most players are dogshit.

You just use revenant and that’s it. Again, it’s easy to use and extremely deadly. It needs a nerf. Defending crutches isn’t good.

it isn’t OP anymore😂. the only people that die to it are shotgun apes or people caught in choke points. I don’t crutch it at all. I still have better stats than literally everyone on these forums.

“ I don’t use bastion” those are your words. 300+ kills with it this season yet you don’t use it? lol why do you need 300 kills to prove a point? anybody using it and playing against it knows how strong it is. I played plenty of lord of wolves and bastion users this weekend. both killed me more than any shatterdive hunter. they are easy to get kills with and are more available. complaining about an ability that takes a whole build to use and you have to risk yourself if you ape with it. you can still get shotgunned before you even shatterdive the crystals. you can’t compare bastion and shatternade because they don’t even perform in the same sense. one is multiple abilities and perks needed to see success on top of actually knowing when to use it properly and the other is a weapon you can stay mobile with and actually spam. 🤦🏽🤦🏽 it’s like y’all don’t think on here or some shit wtf am I doing wasting my time talking to you. my brain cells are actually leaving my head rn.

You just skip over the part where I used it to prove how OP it is? In fact supreme butthurt is the exact person I was proving it too, lol. Those 300 kills were mostly all in 1 session. That’s how OP bastion/fusions are. Using bastion before doesn’t mean I still use it. Feel free to go through my past 300-500 some matches and you won’t see it at all. I don’t use it. 300 kills is less kill than the smg I got 2 days ago, lol. Again, shatterdive doesn’t take a whole build to use. That’s like saying 6 shit takes a whole build to use because you have to select the subclass tree. Even if it was a build that you had to use, that wouldn’t excuse it from being OP. Is chaos reach not OP because you have to run a certain build? No. Shatterdive is no different. Shatterdive is extremely easy to use and is extremely strong. I have used it, it takes no effort/skill and is a crutch. It’s very similar to how bastion in how OP it is.
