Gambit needs more of a reason to play, its sad and lonely and the guardians who do play it are mostly hunting for weekly powerful engrams. Why not bring some older weapons back? Here are a few examples of guns that would make gambit a better place: Parcel Of Stardust: This Lightweight Frame shotgun was a classic back in forsaken with strong perks like Opening Shot and Moving Target or Full Auto and Rampage, making it a great choice in PVP or PVE, with this weapons return with combinations like Killing Wind and Opening Shot this shotgun could give Felwinter's Lie a run for its money! Bygones: The original hand cannon slayer, this pulse rifle was infamous for ruling the crucible in forsaken and beyond, with perk combinations like Rampage and Headseeker for optimal damage in PVP or Full Auto and Rangefinder to give this pulse rifle, scout competing ranges. With this pulse rifles return we could see more diversity in the meta for crucible and gambit. Hazard of the Cast: With the recent precision auto rifle buff, 450 auto rifles have been competing a lot lately in the crucible. Why not ring one of the cleanest looking autos back into the meta? With perk combinations like Tap the Trigger and Kill Clip this auto rifle will beam headshots and secure fast kill streaks. Trust: The most powerful 180 Hand Cannon to date, the Trust was a powerhouse with a small frame in the crucible. With Perk Combinations like Dragonfly and Explosive Rounds, you can cause mayhem and pandemonium in the crucible exploding everything in sight without even using your grenades! Dreaded Venture (and Long Goodbye, same gun different scope): The Dreaded Venture is an aggressive frame sniper rifle from gambit with unique perk combinations, with Snapshot and Explosive rounds you can cause panic to enemy snipers by flinching them out of their shot if you accidently hit their body. Last Man Standing, Felwinter's Lie's younger brother, this aggressive frame shotgun could stand up to the other aggressive frames like Found Verdict and Felwinters. Killing Wind and Opening Shot could give this shotgun the mobility it needs to out maneuver enemy teams. Hush: The Pinnacle Bow from Gambit never had its chance to shine, I propose a return of the bow but with random rolls and the Archers Gambit as a secondary perk like Celerity and Bottomless Grief. Archer's Tempo and Archers Gambit together could make for a machine gun of a bow and a very unique weapon at that. Breakneck: One of Gambit's best weapons the Breakneck was the old pinnacle weapon of Gambit and just like before I propose a new system for Breakneck's perk. Onslaught: When a perk is triggered on this weapon after a kill this weapons rate of fire increases... This would mean that perks like Heating Up, Swashbuckler, Multikill Clip and Kill Clip, Adrenaline Junkie, and Tunnel Vision would all activate Onslaught on activation along with Rampage still. Again this would be a secondary perk just like how Celerity and Bottomless Grief are. It would be nice to see the most unique auto rifle make its return again but with a new spin!
