Absolutely gutted. Please help. Cross save issues
please help if you can. I have been waiting for 150+ days to swap out my old ps4 cross save PS account, with my new ps5 PS account. (I had to create a new PS account after my son took over my ps4 during the summer) I was told as I had recently purchased silver, I would have to wait. I waited and I waited and I waited. Finally today comes and it says I have to deactivte cross save first, so I do and now I've been told I have to wait another 90 days to add my new PS account?!?!?! I recently picked up an xbox series s, which I had added to cross save a week ago, and now I cant even play on that. My PC isn't able to run it proper at the moment, so I'm now without my D2 account entirely. Please please help.
