Following completion of the quest for Harbinger (where you get randomly rolled Hawkmoon exotic hand cannons), trying to collect all 5 feathers in a week, for the triumph, is currently impossible based off my attempts. It's been confirmed that week 2 is missing feather #4 and week 3 is missing #5. The feathers are simply not spawning. I just ran the mission 4x back to back thinking I was foolishly missing something...and then I found others noting the exact same issue. Please fix this so that players and completionists can finally knock it out! Thanks for bearing with me.
