I have an idea. Wether or not it’s something that will or even could happen is something I do not know but here’s the idea. Bringing back the pinnacle weapons. All of them. But there’s a catch. Lore wise I’d imagine it to be like this: Shaxx had an idea to keep the fights interesting and encourage guardians to expand and adapt to new weapons so he worked with the drifter and saint to make the “weapon ban list.” All currently sunset pinnacle weapons would be “banned” in all three respective game modes. But we as guardians could still upgrade them to max light level and use them in campaigns, strikes, the open world, exotic missions, etc. No more Mountaintop and Revoker in PvP but you can still use the guns you love in PvE. While all pinnacles post Beyond Light are usable in PvP. Just an idea that will probably never ever happen, but a Hunter can dream.
