Top Dawn is S tier and Chaos reach probably has a high skill gap knowing when and when not to use each thing to make the most out of abilities and their cool downs. To kind of balance that the super has weak damage resistance probably the same as a Golden Gun Hunter and the turn radius takes a bit of getting used to. My main issue is with PvP exotics. Warlocks are forced to use the same two or three whereas Hunters and sometimes Titans get them every other drop. For example all Warlock exotics since probably after Season 7 have all been made with PvE in mind. Definitely not the same for other classes.
