Exotic rocket launcher buff details pls.
It wasnt very clear in the patchnotes on how the rocket buff affected each exotic rocket launcher. Could you guys be more specific.
I did notice two tailed holds 10shots now(with reserve perks). But did it get affected by the full 30%?
