Fragment quests not appearing
So I have waited about 3 weeks every week checking the eco stranger for fragment quests and none of the quests are there I only have 3 of the fragments and I want to get the rest but I can’t because they are not showing. I have beaten all of beyond light campaign including darkness quests and aspects quests. Plz help
