Drawing Ingredients Drop
Is anyone else have an issue with certain Dawing Ingredients not dropping? I have Masterworked Weapons and cast my Super so many times and have yet to receive any Flash of Inspiration. I have been grinding for roughly 5 days to try and get it to drop but it just won't happen. Am I bugged, or is anyone else not having any luck.

I was hunting for dark ether cane and it took me killing hundreds of Scorn just to get 2. I killed 3 Hive and got 3 chitin. Its weird.
