I love a lot of things and changes I'm seeing this season, I was skeptical about the sun setting for a number of reasons, and in actual practice I'm finding myself going "wait, I can't use this weapon in a month, so why use my precious ascendant shards and resources on it at all." It's a massive bummer. The only gear worth my shards is exotic armor. I pretty much upgrade some weapons to about level 4 or 5 and armor to 7 because it's like why even go higher. I'm not gonna spend a ton of money on nice lenses for a disposable camera. I get a lot of the reasons I've been told they instituted this, with the infamous "mountain top" Example etc. But all the changes I hate are the ones that are obviously just easing us into a game economy where they force you to constantly spend your most valuable resources so you'll spend real world money. Like the ghosts, now I'll never change ghosts again because they have made it a waste of resources. I would say my player group (my wife, son and some relatives) fall in with 90% of the player base, we are a working family and casual players, our gear and power levels reflect that so I'm not speaking for the hardcore people. We don't have shards and prisms to just toss around Willy nilly. I don't know, it's the feedback forum, so there's some feedback. Oh yeah and I'm not seeing any kind of armor transmog, what happened to that? Probably my fault for word associating it with diablo's transmog, but I'm not seeing anything remotely like that here.
