Considering Destiny PvP is there to chill and play rather than being a competitive, I'm fine with stasis in pvp. Althoughy experience hasnt been the same as you. I see ability spams, ice crystals going up and down, sure there is gunplay but no more than before if not a little less due to people want to run stasis and use the abilities which is fair since its new. I use status as much as I can until I actually need to do damage with my super and not freeze my target
