Authentication and Cross Save Problem
I already cross saved my destiny account, but for some reason it became unlinked even though Bungie says both accounts are linked up for cross save. I thought deactivating would fix the problem, but I can not as it says my steam account is not authenticated and linked to this Bungie account, but when I go into settings, it says my Xbox and Steam account are linked together and I can not unlink those 2 accounts. I have no idea what else to do and I could not find anyone else that has this problem

It sounds like you have two different Steam accounts. The one you are playing on, and the on you have linked to your Bungie profile in a Cross Save configuration. You can verify which is which by logging into Destiny 2 and bringing up the text chat. Enter: /id And it'll fill in the rest of the command with your current Steam ID. Compare that ID to the one you have linked on your profile here: Ssage233 (ID: 76561199098831784) If they are different, you are trying to play on the wrong Steam account. You will need to log out of the account you are playing on and log into the correct one to access your characters.
