Really Cool Lost Sector on Tangled Shore
There's a lost sector at Thieves Landing on the Tangled Shore, called The Empty Tank. It appears to be an old bar, and there's still a music station in it that plays music and skips the current song when you interact with it. One of the songs it plays is "Hope for the Future", which was written by Paul Macartney for the game. I discovered this a while back (last TS flashpoint) and I find it awesome!

You should have went in that lostsector when forsaken first dropped. The bouncer would kick your ass if you tried to get by him. Then if you managed to get inside, all the taken were drunk and cracked and having fights in the back with Cabal dogs and hive. Seriously, that's where you went to die.

It has always been there...theres some southern music for bar fights and elevator music also.

I remember discovering that last sector at Forsaken launch and coming across the bouncer with a big fat question mark on it XD Needless to say my friends and I ran out of there screaming but laughing

The lost sectors of Forsaken were all pretty well designed. Surprisingly it's one of the main things I remember fondly about the expansion.

Did you notice the Shanks carrying trays of drinks? How about the Vandal and Dreg having a slap-fight in front of the DJ station? The whole thing is set up like a front to a crime syndicate, though since it belonged to Spider I'm sure that's exactly what it is.

If you notice the flying shanks inside have little serving platters on their heads with drinks. 😊

It's a nice reference to D1 that lost sector, there's a similar area in the D1 tower under FWC with a jukebox playing the same tunes.

The lost sectors were a good idea, just wish they would learn how to keep some content relevant. I've never liked the idea of having content created and them saying "Okay, we're done with it so now we can forget that it exists". I like Thieves landing and thought it would be neat to have more things where we can interact with things like that. What I'd like to see is more content similar to Menagerie with lost sectors and other activities, not the same type of activity, but how it has a rotation that switches up the experience of playing the activity and updates to the loot system in the activity so it gives more of an incentive.
