Hi there,
The Season of Arrivals mods do not currently show up in collections.
Each mod can only be equipped on armors that have a mod slot that is compatible with Season 11 mods. Make sure your armor matches that. Also, some are elemental specific.
Are you having issues with any specific mods that you know the name of so I can give you a little bit more direct advice on how to solve your issue?

Namely the two I can’t equip are Swift Charge and Precision Charge. I have armor from this season with the correct affinity but I still can’t even see the mods in the fourth mod slot when I hover over it.

Let's start with Swift Charge. Can you take a screenshot of the armor you're trying to put it into? The 4th mod icon slot should have an icon that's either the Season of Worthy Icon or Season of Arrivals Icon. It also needs to be an arc armor.

Ok, so I just went back into my armor and it works now?! It’s just like telling your parents the tv isn’t working, they walk in and it suddenly fixes itself.😂 Thanks for the good luck and trying to help. Appreciate it a ton!
