Cross Save Issue
So a while ago I've started the cross save from PS4 to steam but whenever I go to the companion app it says I have no characters active on steam when I can play all of them on steam. It is just annoying how I have to use my PS4 account just to transfer or even view items. When I look at my clan page, it says I'm using the wrong platform and that my steam has inactive characters. I don't see anywhere to edit my cross save settings and I can't just go 90 days without playing on steam after disabling my cross save. I can't even see my clan on Steam because apparently its the wrong platform so all my new clan progress is just gone on Steam. Why, can someone please help me, hopefully Bungie can just help me fix my cross save but any help is greatly appreciated. I am the leader of the clan that I just created on my PC and I cannot see it in game.

This is how Cross Save works. Regardless of which platform you're playing on, you're accessing your PlayStation characters. You don't actually have any Steam characters, but if you did they would be dormant and inaccessible since your PlayStation characters are active, thus why it says Steam is inactive. This is also why you're not seeing your clan in-game — you need to join it with your active characters and not your inactive ones.
