As the title says. If you throw a grenade and hit a target while you have a sword pulled out, then when you switch back from your sword, the melee charge will not have increased. I think this might have something to do with the last sword changes where the melee icon now changes to the sword energy icon instead. Pretty sure it worked fine in the past. The melee will charge on its own naturally. This perk just doesn't activate while you are holding your sword.
