Once again how can Bungie say “Play how you want” then render the weapon I want obsolete? I don’t like choices being made for me, want me to put away my favorite gun? MAKE A BETTER ONE!

Its also very hard for Bungie to just "Make a better one" without nerfing previous weapons into the ground to 'encourage' players to move foward because eventually for a gun to be better its time to kill should be better in some way. Eventually the ttk would have to be near instant. Wouldn't you rather to still be able to use your favorite weapon in older activities than it just shoot nerf bullets?

We could also make weapons on par with current favorites notice I didnt say better I said on par. This would give people options of loadout with weapons that would be enjoyed. But that would cause work and we all know working is hard, instead we get our weapons retired just to be reskinned and handed back as something new and shiny. This game used to be about the power fantasy and having fun, now it's like a wiffle ball bat hitting a bowling ball.
