Ghost Feagments never dropping.
I’ve noticed it over a few months now.
Just tested it again to confirm, did heroic public events, bounties, patrols, high value targets and other free roam events and chests and not a single one dropped. I know it’s RNG based but Heroic events always dropped 2 before and now I can’t get any at all.
Edit: I do have 20 of them in my vault. Is that why they don’t drop...?
