Ok, I have the IKELOS hand canon from the quest rewards earlier as shown here: [url]https://i.imgur.com/SKdqusw.png[/url] And I have the Nodes and Protocols quest step of The Machine's Gun, where I need Override Frequencies, which come from Resonate Stems x4, for the Sleeper Nodes: [url]https://i.imgur.com/HIBRdoC.png[/url] And I've finished the War Mind campaign and Ana Bray's "blue" quest, as shown here (it's not available): [url]https://i.imgur.com/8mVm9kL.png[/url] And I just finished a level 7 Escalation Protocol public event (and the 6 levels before it) with other players. I also killed all the mobs, including the named Powerful one in the end, in a lost sector on Mars, and looted its chest. And I've been playing on Mars for a few days now with this step. Resonate Stems simply just never drop for me, as shown here: [url]https://i.imgur.com/Am4o9Hn.png[/url] What gives? Can anyone tell me what hell's going on with this quest? It's becoming seriously frustrating, to be frank. Thanks for any help or tips. [b]Update:[/b] Someone on Reddit suggested patrols, so I did them. 3 dropped in a row, then 4 partrols with zero drops. Also, more high-value targets and public events (other than escalation protocol) and zero drops.
