Unable to cross save
I am unable to cross save because of a Microsoft account I created when i was 16. I can't unlink the account because I do not have access to the email. I've contacted Microsoft but they can't help me unless I have the email. I just want to bring my PlayStation characters to my new PC so I don't have to start all over again. Please help me remove my account, which doesn't even have any characters.

1 AntwortenYou need to be able to authenticate an account to unlink it or use it in Cross Save — Bungie cannot do this for you. If Microsoft is unwilling to help, your other option would be to create another bungie.net account and move the accounts you can access to that one. In doing so, you would lose any redeemed emblem codes and Bungie history on your current bungie.net account.
