Weapons and Damage Perks

Every player in Destiny and Destiny 2 knows one basic fact - weapons NEED damage perks. There are a rather large selection of perks available in these games to choose from and most of them (like 80%) go completely untouched. Why? Because to optimize our ability to tackle content requires us to deal as much damage as possible. My humble solution? Make these damage dealing perks park of the weapons themselves, based on archetype/frame type/rpm, that way the perk combinations that we might actually use rise significantly. For example - Aggressive Frame weapons ALL intrinsically have rampage, don't have to roll for it, it's just there Adaptive Frame weapons all get swash buckler Lightweight Frames all get high impact reserves Precision Frames all get kill clip Now i know someone at bungie sits there and makes perks and does all this crazy build crafting and just gets let down when we as a community completely (well, i'm sure there are a handfull of players that do what that bungie staffer dreams and ignores damage perks) ignore all this potential because without those perks, we handicap ourselves significantly. It would make their year if we as the players were able to really utilize all these perks. Thoughts? p.s. i would love it if a bungie employee would answer this post and give a kind of answer. Even if it's a flat out "NO!" Just to know they are listening.
