PvP melee exchanges need to be fixed
I slap someone on 10% hp.
Somehow they slap me.
We both die.
No — no that’s not okay, I slapped them first.
Bungie this has been a complaint since forsaken, can you please tune melee strikes in PvP?

I also fed up of killing someone which I am NOT a great PvP player to begin with but, when I do kill someone since we are NOT on D1 I expect them to stay dead not do the rag-doll dying animation as they fall backwards and then a -blam!-ing NOVA come out of them from the grave... Happened a few times now and they were clearly dead but, seconds later out comes the Nova bomb from warlocks... WTF...
