Okay so Ive noticed some issues regarding connection. I think these bugs are connected to the connection problems. I have encountered multiple NPCs who sometimes teleport to a previous position or just to a random one. (Non Taken enemies) I've also encountered a stack of Phaseglass Needles floating in mid air. In crucible I sometimes experience some lag especially with hit registration. I feel as if sometimes the damage applies a bit later rather than on impact. (PvE and PvP problem) I understand that this might just be early server issues as I see you are having problems with it.
