This fix is aimed at those who aren't getting any error code when failing to sign in.
If you are unable to get past sign-in due to "Unable to Connect" and have followed the Networking help guides and still not had success then this fix may solve your issue.
Navigate to Network and Internet Setting in the windows settings menu.
At the bottom of the Status tab there should be an option called "Network Reset"
This option will uninstall all your network drivers and reinstall them potentially fixing any strange settings that may be preventing you from connecting.
This fix has worked for me after spending two days troubleshooting the issue and fixing almost everything else I could think of, and hopefully it helps others with their problem as well.

Bearbeitet von GorillaGriller: 10/11/2019 11:34:53 AMI found another fix for the Problem as follows: Press "Windows KEy +X" navigate to "execute" in dropdownlist, type in "cmd" and press ENTER then type the following: ipconfig /flushdns wait for the message " The DNS Resolver cache has succesfully been cleared" if it does not work try this: 1. ipconfig /release "Press Enter" (Perhaps it can take a while , if this returns NOT succesfull there could be an ip collision, what means your DHCP [your router] gave your last local network ip to another device when you were logged of from your network in most case the reason for this is your OS especially on Win 7 clients, this CAN be a problem instead of this Win 10 can creat same failcase. Remember, its just an error case example there some situations that can result in same errors ) 2. ipconfig /renew 3.ipconfig /flushdns 4. You DONT need to reboot for this else try to combine both solutions hope I helped you
