This response is completely unacceptable. In the Sept 19 TWAB, you all clearly stated, "All Guardians who complete the raid within the first 24 hours will be able to show off this exclusive emblem." Nothing was ever about "unless you get disconnected from our servers." He returned to the same instance and completed the raid! There is ample proof (both api and twitch VOD) he completed the raid with the same 6 he went in with (you yourself noted "especially when you fully completed the raid within 24 hours of it launching"). So Treezy fulfilled the requirements of the emblem completely. Furthermore it almost seems you think Treezy isn't claiming the truth which is disheartening. Please show us where it states that you must have a perfect internet connection (and routes between you and Bungie are pristine and not susceptible to packet loss) to Bungie's servers and you can't get one of Bungie's one million error codes thereby invalidating your right to the Day1 emblem. DId you even check the video evidence? He was there the entire time, got kicked literally once because of YOUR buggy servers, rejoined almost immediately and continued with the raid like everyone else on this earth. He did absolutely nothing to void his entitlement for the day 1 emblem. So apparently anyone trying to go the tower to grab more raid banners, claim a prime engram (that many people have done in the past ON STREAM), or switch characters mid-raid and fully complete the entire raid with their fireteam within the 24hr period doesn't deserve the 24 hour completion emblem because they left and rejoined? Is that seriously the logic you're going to use? Own up to your mistake and fix this!

I believe you may need to edit your post Bungie Help. Clearly, if you have watched the entire video, saw every encounter, including API, Raid Report, there is ample evidence of proof. Now, I understand your recent public relations nightmare over the 2 hrs window, and as an entity you are in a way following the script: “no exceptions, because if you give the emblem to one, then all”. However, this is absolutely different. The case is rather simple, just like Iron Banner case with the emblems. Your system and server failed to recognize the efforts of Treezy. In history this case speaks to this correctly, as we can recalled COS raid came with a glitch that prevented players from receiving flawless, the boss will respawn with full health and make the chest disappear. How about when Scourge of The Past granted the flawless to players but people were unable to click the triumph until a later date. Whereas it forced players to redo the raid at a later date. As a result, can we for this instance entertained the notion that this raid and your servers were also glitched and riddle with errors? In addition, the first 48 hrs of the launch, there were ample errors across the game, that you are still probably investigating. As a person in your position I do understand the delicacy behind the recent Public Relations fiasco. However, I implore you and beseech you to deeply review, as in my opinion your response just affirm that need for Treezy to earn his emblem. Can you please tell me where it is stated that you need to be in the raid the entire time? The TWAB states beating the raid in 24 hours. I do not see anywhere that says it needs to be one instance that you can not leave. Why would bungie even consider giving out emblems to those who beat the raid up to 26 hours after ([url]https://twitter.com/BungieHelp/status/1180936294920122368[/url]) if the raid had to be beaten in a single instance? Every single person was booted from the servers. Everyone would have relogged, joined back to the final checkpoint and beat it. This removed from the raid instance therefor you can not get the emblem makes no sense. Now maybe you are confused? He was error codded during the final boss fight. His team wiped and he rejoined. Hours later they finally finished that fight. He never was error codded as they finished. This would be the same if someone left to get raid banners and rejoined. I'm sure that happened for a day 1 raid team and they did not have any issues. So to say that "[he] didn't qualify to receive the emblem" because he was removed due to an error code when he has video proof of him completing the entire raid day 1 (killing all 4 bosses which is the requirement stated in game, as shown above) is extremely unprofessional. Next time if you don't have an answer, don't answer. Its not a hard concept to follow.

That is an actual joke. Here he is using my VOD that starts from the very beginning (even before the raid launches) all the way till we kill the boss and loot the chest. Where you can even see me and my teammates getting the emblem, and because of a network disconnect from your servers, YOU are going to not allow him to get his emblem that he rightfully spent 12 and a half hours earning.
