That will never happen, beyond Bungie's own policies, I can see potential lawsuits such as Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress (IIED) from all the snowflakes out there in Destiny Land.

Nah, They broke the rules, and no one is forcing them to play. If they choose to play this is the repercussion of their own actions. Similar to the convicts you see collecting trash along the roadsides in work details. They dont yell and scream about emotional distress...why? Because they broke the law (our rules) and are now having to deal with the repercussions of their actions.

Interesting fact most don't know is the amendment to the Constitution that ended slavery explicitly allows forced labor for convicts

It may be state dependant, but convicts CAN refuse to work. However, if they do they can have all but their basic rights to life removed from them. Don't want to pickup trash today? Okay, no TV, no social time, be sent to solitary (the hole), basic meals, etc... Personally never been to prison, but I have been told that even the most stubborn finally give in and work. Even then it's not so much to gain what little luxuries they have back, but more to change the scene and end the boredom of sitting in a cell all day.

Do you really want to chance playing with them again?
