I did. They refused my action. I requested it and sent them all my informations they requested to recovery my account including the proof of emails that my informations has been changed today. They just refused. If i open the chat again they don't to start the support because i got already a support today.

I would be calling, emailing, chatting, every method... I am not sure about you but I have more than destiny on my psn and that could be an expensive loss

I did everything you said. At this point i don't care about my PSN account i should because it's linked to my main destiny account but since the Sony does not help to recover I just want my chars to be safe! I revoked an access to DIM that the hacker did when got my PSN account and started changed my items. I really don't know what to do anymore.
