So you’ve already had a 2 week & 2 month restriction prior to this currently issued restriction?

yes, this is the third one! but he says that it is temporary and from what I saw in forums this would be permanent

Yes. This is likely a permanent one. The message that shows when you try to launch an activity while restricted will just show the general “temp restriction” message, but most likely your popup message when the punishment was given said permanent restriction (since this is your 3rd strike). So I fully expect this to be permanent.
