What are the time restrictions?
Does anyone know what the definitive connection restriction is? This is my third restriction but it says it's temporary ... and from what I saw this would be the definitive one ... and I want to continue playing destiny 2 ...

Your connection is having an impact on other players so they have reported you you need to stay out of PVP until you have a stable connection.
