You have to enter the wish to spawn the Eggs every time you leave and enter the raid again. According to d2checklist.com, the two you're missing are in the large courtyard before the vault and in the "stairs" room of the vault, the latter of which can be very tricky to get the right angle on.

yes, i tried 3 times making sure i put wish 14 in each time & had a youtube video up next to me clearly showing it's location & tried to get the one in the vault since i can't get the one in the hall of two souls solo, but when i jumped up to it it was not there
